摘  要:为了分析压浆处治时考虑层间接触状态的板底脱空力学行为,建立了ANSYS三维有限元模型,分析了不同层间接触状态下的处治尺寸、处治厚度和压浆模量对水泥面板挠度和等效应力的影响。结果表明:挠度与弯拉应力随层间接触状态的增强呈下降趋势,尤其是处治尺寸在400~600 mm区间内,接触状态对水泥面板性能的影响较大。层间接触状态由光滑到连续可分为三阶段:接触系数在0. 0~1. 0为优化阶段,接触系数在1. 0~4. 0为发展阶段,接触系数在4. 0~6. 0为次优化阶段。压浆模量的增大与层间接触状态的增强都有利与提高水泥面板的结构性能。在实际施工中,应选择压浆模量不小于500 MPa且粘结度较好的压浆材料进行灌注。In order to analyze the mechanical behavior of the bottom of the board when considering the contact state between layers during grouting treatment,an threedimensional finite element model was established in ANSYS to analyze the effect of treatment dimension,treatment thickness and grouting modulus on the deflection and equivalent stress of the cement panel under different contact conditions between layers.The results show that the deflection and the bending stress increase with the increase of the contact state between the layers,especially in the range of 400~600mm,the contact state has a great influence on the performance of the cement panel.The contact state between layerscan be divided into three stages from smooth to continuous:0.0~1.0 is the optimization stage,1.0~4.0 is the development stage,and 4.0~6.0 is the suboptimal stage.The increase of grouting modulus and the enhancement of the contact state between the layers are beneficial to improve the structural performance of the cement panel.In actual construction,grouting materials with a grouting modulus of not less than 500MPa and good adhesion should be selected for infusion.
