“功能对等”理论下的英译信息等值问题——以银行金融报告为例

摘　　要：随着中国和国际间的商贸交易往来日益密切,银行作为其中重要的一环,其国际业务也呈现递增趋势。银行英语翻译工作的质量愈发关键。文章选取了银行金融报告中的英汉对照有中英版本的部分,结合奈达的"功能对等"理论,总结归纳出金融报告中普遍存在的三种翻译问题,专业术语翻译不当、原始信息在传达时出现错误、专有名称的错译。文章对此提出翻译建议,旨在为金融专业的英文翻译工作做出贡献,有所启发,从而提高翻译的速度和质量。With the increasingly frequent commercial exchanges between China and other countries,banks which are one of the most significant parts,have involved in more international business.The quality of the translation work of banking English has become increasingly critical.The Chinese and English versions of financial reports from Bank of Hangzhou and The Export-Import Bank of China were selected.This article summarized and concluded three kinds of translation problems in the reports,combining with Nida’s functional equivalence theory,namely:inappropriate translation of professional terminology;errors in the transmission of original information;mistranslation of terms.In addition,translation suggestions have been put forward for the purpose of contributing to the English translation work of the bank.At the same time,this article aimed to provide some inspiration to improve the speed and quality of translation.
