摘 要:以过碘酸钠为氧化聚合诱导剂,在微酸性条件下(pH=5.0)合成了聚多巴胺修饰的分子筛载体。采用环己烷-水双溶剂法,制备了聚多巴胺修饰的SBA-15负载钌催化剂,并对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,聚多巴胺能显著提高催化剂的亲水性,修饰后的催化剂在苯部分加氢反应中表现出高环己烯选择性;采用该催化剂,苯转化率为63.2%时,环己烯收率可达51.8%;聚多巴胺的引入不会影响SBA-15长程有序的介孔结构,催化剂具有适中的比表面积和良好的钌分散度。Polydopamine-modified SBA-15 was prepared by sodium periodate-induced polymerization in a slightly acidic environment(pH 5.0). Polydopamine-modified Ru supported SBA- 15 catalyst was prepared via cyclohexane-water double solvent method. The catalyst was characterized. It has been found that polydopamine can obviously enhance the catalyst hydrophilicity. The modified catalyst showed excellent high cyclohexene selectivity in benzene hydrogenation. With the catalyst, when benzene conversion was 63.2%,cyclohexene yield reached 51.8%. The introduction of the polydopamine did not affect the long-range order of mesoporous structure. The catalyst had moderate specific surface area and excellent ruthenium dispersion.
