摘 要:为提高大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥施工控制的精度,建立了PDL(多项式分布滞后)模型,并将其应用于某钢管混凝土拱桥的拱肋施工控制中。通过提出基于PDL模型的拱肋线形控制方法,将环境温度和索力施工偏差作为影响因子,建立拱肋安装线形的PDL预测模型。再利用EViews软件计算预测线形控制点在各施工阶段的偏差。分析比较拱肋施工过程监测数据与预测数据,结果表明,预测值能准确地反映拱肋线形变化趋势,即运用此预测方法对大跨径钢管混凝土拱桥进行拱肋线形控制和偏差预测调整是可行的。In order to improve the accuracy of large span concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge construction control,the PDL(polynomial distributed lag)model is built and applied to arch rib construction control of a steel tube concrete arch bridge.A method of arch rib linear control based on PDL model is raised,and the impact factors including environment temperature and cable construction deviation are taken into consideration to set up the prediction model of arch rib alignment installation.The economics software EViews is used to calculate and analyze the model,and the deviation of linear control points in construction is predicted.The monitoring data in arch rib construction process and the forecast data is analyzed and compared.Results show that this method can accurately reflect the trend of arch rib alignment.It's feasible to control arch rib construction linear and adjust the deviation prediction of long-span concrete filled steel tube arch bridge by using this method.
