摘  要:目的研究豆类食品的摄入及EGFR、ESR2基因多态性与非吸烟女性肺癌发病的关系。方法调查收集非吸烟女性肺癌患者和对照,分析豆类食品与女性肺癌发病风险的关系。对非吸烟女性肺癌患者和对照组进行SNPS检测,分析EGFR和ESR2基因多态性与非吸烟女性肺癌的关联关系,并对大豆异黄酮的摄入、EGFR和ESR2基因多态性与非吸烟女性肺癌两两之间的交互作用进行分析。结果分析发现豆类食品的摄入能够降低非吸烟女性肺癌的发病风险(P=0.015),随着膳食豆类食品摄入量的增加,女性肺癌的风险效应值减少。经Bonferroni校正后,发现EGFR基因的rs11534100位点与非吸烟女性肺癌的发生之间存在关联。未发现豆类食品的摄入与EGFR、ESR2的SNPs在非吸烟女性肺癌发生的交互作用。结论豆类食品能降低女性非吸烟肺癌的发病风险,增加膳食大豆异黄酮的摄入量能减少女性肺癌的风险效应值。EGFR、ESR2基因多态性与非吸烟女性肺癌的发病存在关联。Objective To study the the role of soy foods intake and EGFR and ESR2 genes SNPs the incidence of lung cancer in non-smoking women.Methods 162 non-smoking female lung cancer patients and 168 controls were collected to analyze the relationship between soy foods and the risk of lung cancer in women.SNPS was performed in 48 non-smoking female lung cancer patients and 52 control groups.The association between EGFR and ESR2 gene polymorphisms and non-smoking women with lung cancer was analyzed.And the interaction between soy isoflavone intake,EGFR and ESR2 gene polymorphisms,and lung cancer in non-smoking women was also analyzed.Results It turns out that the intake of soy foods reduce the risk of lung cancer in non-smoking women.As the intake of dietary soy foods increases,the risk effect of lung cancer in women decreases.After Bonferroni correction,it was found that there was a correlation between the rs11534100 locus of the EGFR gene and the occurrence of lung cancer in non-smoking women.No interaction between the intake of soy foods and SNPs of EGFR and ESR2 in lung cancer in non-smoking women was observed.Conclusion Soy foods can reduce the risk of non-smoking lung cancer in women,and the risk effect of female lung cancer decreases with the increase of dietary isoflavone intake.SNPs in EGFR and ESR2 genes are associated with the onset of lung cancer in non-smoking women.
