摘  要:为了提高双向吊环机构的工作效率以及钻杆的安装精度,基于机械系统虚拟样机技术对该机构进行简化,求出力学模型。将机构中的中间连杆视为柔性杆件,利用可靠性分析的基本理论方法——蒙特卡罗法分析双向吊环倾斜机构结构的强度可靠性、形变可靠性,求出了该机构中中间柔性连杆的可靠度,为该机构作为顶驱重要组成部分在实际工况中的应用以及设计提供了有力参考。In order to improve the working efficiency of the two-way lifting ring mechanism and the installation accuracy of the drill pipe,it simplifies the mechanism based on the virtual prototype technology of the mechanical system,builds the mechanical model,takes the intermediate link in the mechanism as a flexible member,analyzes the strength reliability and deformation reliability of the structure for this tilting mechanism of the two-way lifting ring based on theoretical reliability Monte Carlo method.The reliability of the flexible connecting rod provides a powerful reference for the application and design of the mechanism as an important part of the top drive in actual working conditions.
