摘 要:本课题以氢氧化钠、氧化钙混合碱水解的含铬滤渣为原料,分别用碱、酸水解,通过控制单一变量,考察每组实验的水解率,系统地探究了NaOH和H_2SO_4的最佳水解条件。结果表明,NaOH水解最佳条件是80℃、6 h、碱用量6%,水解率65.14%;H_2SO_4水解最佳条件是80℃、4 h、酸用量1.0 mol/L、水解率71.83%。利用酸水解制备铬鞣液进行生皮鞣制实验,对比探究鞣制效果,测得鞣制收缩温度为82℃。In this paper, the chromium-containing filter residue of sodium hydroxide and calcium oxide hydrolyzed by alkali was used as raw material,hydrolyzed with alkali and acid respectively. The hydrolysis rate of each group of experiments was investigated by controlling a single variable. The optimal hydrolysis conditions of NaOH and H2SO4 solutions were investigated systematically.The results showed that the optimum hydrolysis conditions for NaOH were 80℃, 6 h, the dosage of NaOH 6%, the hydrolysis rate was 65.14%;the optimum hydrolysis conditions for H2SO4 were 80℃, 4 h, the dosage of H2SO4 1.0 mol/L, the hydrolysis rate was 71.83%. The preparation of chrome tanning solution by acid hydrolysis was studied,the effect of tannage was compared and explored. The shrinkage temperature was measured to 82℃.
