高校试卷质量管理工作研究

摘　　要：试卷是评定学生学习成绩和衡量教师教学效果的重要依据,也是教学质量保障体系的重要教学文件之一。而且对考试试卷的检查是本科教学工作水平评估中一项重要内容。故试卷评阅要求科学、合理、规范,必须做到公平、公正、准确。试卷质量是教学质量管理不可缺少的组成部分,但目前高校试卷质量大多是纸质文件,故试卷质量管理或多或少存在一些问题。因此对试卷的批阅和试卷资料归档等质量管理工作就显得非常重要。本文就在教学管理工作中发现的一些试卷质量管理存在的问题和不足进行研究分析,并提出了相关建议和措施。The examination paper is an important basis for evaluating students’learning achievement and measuring teachers’teaching effect,and it is also one of the important teaching documents for teaching quality guarantee system.Moreover,the examination of examination papers is an important content in the evaluation of undergraduate teaching work.Therefore,the examination papers should be scientific,reasonable and standardized,and must be fair,fair and accurate.Paper quality is an indispensable part of teaching quality management,but at present,paper quality is mostly paper documents,so there are some problems in paper quality management.Therefore,it is very important to the quality management work such as the examination paper review and the examination paper data archiving.In this paper,the problems and shortcomings of quality management of some test papers found in the teaching management work are studied and analyzed,and relevant suggestions and measures are put forward.
