摘 要:步进电动机在运行过程中存在低频振荡和失步现象。以SPC1068作为主控芯片,将两相混合式步进电动机转矩作为可控变量,通过计算获得达到预期转矩的最优交、直电流,进行矢量控制和PWM控制,向电机绕组施加控制电压。通过增量式旋转编码器,将转子位置实时反馈给主控芯片,实现对电机转矩、电流的双闭环控制。仿真结果证明,通过对电机转矩进行有效控制,能保持电机运行状态稳定,有效抑制电机低频振荡、失步堵转的现象。There are low oscillations and out-of-step phenomenons in the process of stepper motor.SPC1068 was taken as the main control chip,and two-phase hybrid stepper motor torque was the controllable variable.The estimated optimum alternating and direct currents apply control voltage to the motor windings by vector control and PWM control.Through the incremental rotary encoder,the rotor position was fed back to the main control chip in real time,which realized the double closed-loop control of the motor torque and current.Finally,a motor mathematical model was established for Simulink simulation.It was proved that this method can control the motor torque effectively,keep the motor running stable,and eliminate the low frequency oscillation and the rotor failure phenomenon.
