摘  要:Notch信号通路主要由Notch受体和配体、转录因子以及DNA结合蛋白共同组成,其决定机体细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡。近年研究表明,Notch信号通路在肝纤维化发生发展过程中起重要作用,阻断或激活该信号通路可以影响肝纤维化的进展。对Notch信号通路的构成、活化机制及其与肝纤维化关系的研究进展进行了综述。The Notch signaling pathway mainly includes Notch receptors and ligands,transcription factors,and DNA binding proteins.It decides the way of cell proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis.Recent studies have shown that the Notch signaling pathway plays an important role in the development and progression of liver fibrosis,and blocking or activating the Notch signaling pathway can influence the progression of liver fibrosis.This article reviews the research advances in the composition of the Notch signaling pathway,the mechanism by which it is activated,and its association with liver fibrosis.
