摘　　要：AFP是目前最常用的肝细胞癌(HCC)诊断标志物,但其敏感度和特异度均不够理想,尤其在HCC的早期阶段肿块较小时容易漏检。就目前出现的一些新的肿瘤标志物在HCC诊断、治疗监测和预后判断方面的临床价值进行归纳总结,并分析了HCC肿瘤标志物今后的发展趋势。认为多种肿瘤标志物联合检测有利于提高HCC诊断的敏感度和特异度,筛选和优化肿瘤检测组合、寻找无创且高效的肿瘤标志物及个性化治疗将是今后的研究热点。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a malignant tumor with a high fatality rate in the world,and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)is the most commonly used tumor marker for HCC diagnosis.However,AFP does not have a satisfactory sensitivity or specificity and may lead to missed diagnosis when the tumor is small in the early stage of HCC.This article summarizes the clinical value of new tumor markers in the diagnosis,treatment monitoring,and prognosis judgment of HCC and analyzes the future prospects of the measurement of tumor markers for HCC.It is pointed out that combined determination of several tumor markers helps to improve the sensitivity and specificity of HCC diagnosis,and the screening and optimization of combined determination of tumor markers,noninvasive and efficient tumor markers,and individualized treatment are research hotspots in future.
