皮下植入式化疗泵导向给药联合扶正抑瘤方治疗结直肠癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨微创皮下植入式化疗泵导向给药联合扶正抑瘤方治疗中晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法将60例中晚期结直肠癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组各30例,研究组采用皮下植入式化疗泵导向给药联合扶正抑瘤方治疗,对照组采用静脉化疗。21 d为1个疗程,2组均治疗6个疗程。统计2组近期疗效及不良反应发生情况,观察2组治疗前后肿瘤标志物甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及白细胞计数情况。结果研究组近期总有效率和控制率分别为63. 33%和80. 00%,对照组近期总有效率和控制率分别为46. 67%和60. 00%,研究组近期疗效优于对照组(P <0. 05)。2组治疗后AFP、CEA水平均显著降低(P均<0. 05),且研究组均明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。2组治疗后白细胞计数检均较治疗前有所下降(P均<0. 05),但研究组下降幅度小于对照组(P <0. 05)。研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论皮下动脉植入化疗泵导向给药联合扶正抑瘤方治疗结直肠癌患者近期疗效明显优于静脉化疗,且可增强患者免疫力,减轻化疗反应。Objective It is to investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive subcutaneous implantable chemotherapy pump-guided medication combined with Fuzheng Yiliu decoction on advanced colorectal cancer.Methods Sixty patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into study group and control group,30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with subcutaneous implantable chemotherapy pump-directed medication combined with Fuzheng Yiliu decoction.The control group was treated with intravenous chemotherapy.21 days as one treatment course,both groups were treated for 6 courses.The short-term effects and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The tumor markers alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and white blood cell count were observed before and after treatment.Results The recent total effective rate and control rate of the study group were 63.33%and 80.00%,respectively,those of the control group were 46.67%and 60.00%,respectively.The short-term efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of AFP and CEA in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The white blood cell counts of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but the decrease of the study group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The short-term effect of subcutaneous artery implantation chemotherapy-guided medication combined with Fuzheng Yiliu decoction is significantly better than intravenous chemotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer patients,and can enhance the patient's immunity and reduce the chemotherapy response.
