摘　　要：针对现有公路养护车在施工过程中存在的问题,设计一种在施工过程中不需要起吊养护设备的公路养护车,对其功能原理进行分析和设计。将切割和铣刨等功能集成到一个装置上,并采用统一的动力源,设计机械手和可转位集成的养护设备。通过机械手末端连接可转位集成养护设备,利用PLC控制器控制整个养护过程。Aiming at the problems existing in the construction process of existing highway maintenance vehicles,a road maintenance vehicle is designed.It does not need to hoist up the maintenance equipment during the construction process.Its working principle is analyzed.The designed manipulator and the turn integrated maintenance equipment are used with the PLC controller to control the maintenance process.
