摘  要:为了设计一种新型村镇装配式隔震低矮剪力墙,利用沥青砂浆的造价低、高滑动性等优点,在剪力墙与基础之间设置沥青砂浆隔震层.通过有限元软件,对比分析装配式隔震剪力墙与现浇剪力墙抗震性能的差别.结果表明:沥青砂浆显著改善装配式隔震剪力墙的抗震性能,延缓剪力墙裂缝的开展,提高剪力墙的耗能能力,但也由于沥青砂浆的存在,使得隔震剪力墙在受力过程中基本处于弹性状态,隔震剪力墙的承载力远低于现浇剪力墙.In order to design a new type of fabricated low rise shear walls in villages and towns,using the advantages of asphalt mortar such as low cost,high sliding,a new type of town assembly type seismic low shear wall isolation device is designed by setting an asphalt mortar isolation layer between the shear wall and the foundation.The finite element software was used to compare and analyze the difference in seismic performance between the fabricated seismic isolation shear wall and the cast-in-place shear wall.The results show that the asphalt mortar significantly improves the seismic performance of the fabricated seismic isolation shear wall,delays the development of shear wall cracks,and improves the energy dissipation capacity of the shear wall.However,due to the presence of asphalt mortar,the isolated shear wall during the stress process,it is basically in an elastic state,and the bearing capacity of the isolated shear wall is much lower than that of the cast-in-place shear wall.
