摘　　要：为了解决师资队伍建设中存在的问题,提高教师的动机水平,笔者阐述了转变学科队伍建设的思路,分析了动力机制对学科队伍建设的基本作用,从选用人才、培养骨干教师、促进团队合作、落实具体工作4个方面探索基于动机理论的学科队伍建设策略。In order to solve the problems existing in the construction of teaching staff and improve the motivation level of teachers, this paper expounds the idea of transforming the construction of discipline team, analyses the basic role of motivation mechanism in the construction of discipline team, and explores the strategy of discipline team construction based on motivation theory from selecting talents, training backbone teachers, promoting team cooperation and implementing specific work.
