摘　　要：高职院校教学科研仪器设备采购具有特殊性和复杂性,设备需求复杂,技术含量高,品种规格多样,资金来源多样,但设备采购效率低下、竞争性不足、资金使用效益不高,常常出现"物美价不廉"或"价廉物不美"的两极分化现象。其原因往往与队伍建设、体制建设、制度建设、重视程度等诸多因素相关。The purchasing of teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment in higher vocational colleges is characterized by particularity and complexity. It has complex equipment demand, high technology content, various specification and various sources of funds, resulting in lower procurement efficiency, competitiveness and fund utilization, and the polarization of quality and price. The reasons are often related to many factors, such as team building, system construction, system construction and the degree of emphasis.
