重庆地区区县妇幼保健机构男性不育诊疗现状的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解重庆地区区县妇幼保健医院男性不育诊疗现状。方法举办男性不育诊疗培训班,采用问卷调查的方式,对重庆市40个区县,共39所区县妇幼保健医院进行全面调查。结果 39所区县妇幼保健医院中,共收回有效问卷37份,其中45.9%的医院具有男科医师,且均为门诊。在这部分医院中,94.1%的医院可以进行精液分析及生殖激素检查,而Y染色体微缺失、染色体核型分析以及睾丸穿刺等只在少数几家医院可以开展。药物选择上,中成药明显更受男科医师的偏爱。在目前没有男科医师的妇幼保健医院中,80.0%的医院有意向在以后的工作中开展男科相关工作。结论重庆市区县妇幼保健机构男科发展尚处于起步阶段,男科专业人员相对缺乏,诊疗手段有限,但医院普遍有进一步发展男科的需求和意愿,应加强基层妇幼保健机构男科队伍的建设。Objective To evaluate thediagnosis and treatment of male infertility in maternal and child health care centers at district and county level in Chongqing.Methods Atotal of 39 maternal and child health care centers at district and county level in Chongqing were surveyed by a questionnaire in the 40 districts and counties in Chongqing.Results A total of 37 effective questionnaires returned from the 39 centers,45.9%of who had andrology outpatient.In these outpatients,94.1%ones could perform semen analysis and reproductive hormones test while only a few ones could perform Y chromosome microdeletion,karyotype analysis and testicular biopsy due to the limitation of conditions.On the choice of medicine treatment,Chinese patent medicine was obviously preferred.In the maternal and child health care centers without andrology departments at present,80.0%had the intention to develop related work of andrology department in the future.Conclusions The andrology department in maternal and child health care centers in Chonging is still at the initial development stage,with scare personnel and limited means of diagnosis and treatment,so targeted support should be provided considering the general needs and willingness of centers for the further development of andrology department.
