北京市某职业学院女生预防艾滋病基本知识及性行为状况调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解北京某职业学院高职女生预防艾滋病基本知识和性行为现状,以及性行为影响因素,为在学校开展预防艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法以班级为单位,对在校女生进行自填式不记名问卷调查。结果在被调查的805名女生中,8条艾滋病知识中能正确回答6条及以上的占82. 10%,能正确回答所有8条艾滋病基本知识的仅占22. 20%。有25. 00%(201/805)的女生回答有过性交行为。在有性行为的女生中,首次性行为使用避孕套的占58. 70%有(118/805)。结论被调查学生具有一定的预防艾滋病基本知识,但仍然有待提高。需要加强学校预防艾滋病健康教育,以提高学生的知识水平,预防危险性行为的发生。Objective This research aims at providing more evidences for students'health education by studying situation of AIDS prevention knowledge and sexual behaviors,as well as factors that influence sexual behaviors of students in a vocational college in Beijing.Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted anonymously in female students in a vocational college in Beijing,and this survey was conducted by class.Results Of 8 AIDS knowledge questions,82.10%of female studentsknew 6 or more questions,and only about 22.40%can correctly answer all eight questions about basic knowledge of AIDS prevention.About 25.00%(201/805)of the female students have had sexual behaviors and only 58.70%of the students who had sexual behaviors used the condom during their first sexual behaviors.Conclusions The female students had got certain AIDS prevention knowledge,but was not enough,and still need to learn.School-based AIDS prevention education need to be conducted for increasing knowledge,and reducing risk sexual behaviors.
