摘　　要：分散能力、覆盖能力、整平能力、内应力等指标用于表征电镀槽液的基本镀覆能力和镀层的表面状态。主要介绍了上述几种指标的基本概念和测定方法,并以某种镀镍工艺为研究对象,详细介绍了其测定过程。The dispersion ability,coverage,leveling capacity,and internal stress are used to characterize the basic plating ability of the electroplating solution and the surface state of the coating.This article mainly introduces the basic concepts and measurement methods of the above-mentioned indicators,and uses some kind of nickel plating process as the research object,and introduces the measurement process in detail.
