新形势下报关专业人才培养改革方向探析

摘　　要：近年来我国海关在报关行业准入制度、通关制度和海关内部建设等方面进行了一系列改革,给报关行业发展带来了深远影响。在海关改革的新形势下,高职报关专业人才培养模式已不适应行业发展需求,必须从深化课程改革、校企合作开发教材、改进实训体系、重视职业精神教育等方面进行改革。By sorting out the steps taken by the General Administration of Customs of China in recent years during the reforms of the admittance system of the customs declaration business, customs clearance system and internal construction of customs departments, this paper analyzes the far-reaching impact of these reforms on the customs declaration business and points out a new direction of talent cultivation, such as curriculum reform, school-enterprise cooperation, development of teaching materials, improvement of training systems, and emphasis on the education of craftsmanship, as the current talent training model of higher vocational education fails to meet the development of the business.
