“卓越计划”背景下测绘工程人才培养目标改革与实现研究

摘　　要：以江西理工大学测绘工程专业"卓越计划"实施为契机,结合"卓越计划"主要原则,针对目前卓越测绘工程人才培养目标存在企业参与度不高、国际视野能力与交流能力培养不足、忽视职业道德教育与心理素质培养等突出问题进行了研究分析,提出了人才培养目标改革的新思路,对改革后的人才培养目标主要内容进行了重点研究与分析,通过构建符合测绘工程人才培养目标改革的课程体系,实现改革后卓越测绘工程人才培养目标,为其他高校在卓越测绘工程人才培养目标及方案的制订、实施提供参考与借鉴。As an opportunity to implement the"Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program"of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology school of surveying and mapping engineering,this paper analyzes the problems of the goal of outstanding personnel training of surveying and mapping engineering,such as the lack of participation of enterprises,the lack of international vision and communication skills,ignoring professional ethics education and psychological quality,and puts forward the new ideas of the reform of personnel training objectives.Through the construction of the curriculum system which conforms to the reform of the training objectives of the surveying and mapping engineering talents and combines with the main principles of"Excellent Program",it aims to realize the goal of the training of talents after the reform.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the formulation and perfection of other universities′outstanding surveying and mapping engineering talents training programs.
