西宁市马铃薯3种常见病毒的检测分析

摘　　要：为了解西宁市马铃薯(大西洋)PVX、PVY、PLRV这3种病毒的发生情况,从该地区采集了270份叶片样品,应用DAS-ELISA法进行检测。检测结果表明,有26份样品为PVY阳性,此样品中PVY病毒感染率高达9.63%,由此可推测出该地区大西洋品种马铃薯被PVY病毒感染较为严重;有1份样品为PLRV阳性,其感染率为0.37%,说明该地区种植的大西洋品种马铃薯被PLRV病毒感染并不严重;在本次检测中没有出现PVX阳性,其病毒感染率为0,说明该地区大西洋品种马铃薯极不容易被PVX病毒感染。In order to understand the occurrences of three kinds of viruses(PVX,PVY,PLRV)of potato(Atlantic)in Xining City,270 leaf samples were collected from this region,and DAS-ELISA method was used for testing.The results showed that,26 samples were positive for PVY,the infection rate of PVY virus in the sample were as high as 9.63%,which indicated that the Atlantic potato variety in the region was seriously infected by PVY virus;1 sample was positive for PLRV,the infection rate was 0.37%,which indicated that the Atlantic potato variety in the region wasnot seriously infected by PLRV virus;there was no PVX positive sample in this test,the virus infection rate was 0,which indicated that the Atlantic potato variety in the region was hardly infected by PVX virus.
