摘  要:近年来,河南省高等职业教育取得长足发展。河南职教模式引起了广泛关注,但是在高素质职业技术人才的培养方面还存在不足,如技能人才总量不足、技能人才结构不合理"、双师双能型"教师队伍匮乏、职业教育经费稳步增长机制不够健全、集团化办学水平亟待提高、高等职业教育人才培养的"立交桥"尚未打通、职业技能培训体系不健全等。着眼于推动经济高质量发展的需要,提升河南省高等职业教育发展质量,应建立现代职业教育治理体系,探索建立中高本硕贯通的教育体系,完善校企协同育人政策,建设一支高素质"双师双能型"教师队伍,提升高技能人才地位和待遇。In recent years,Henan higher vocational education has made great progress.The vocational education model in Henan Province has aroused widespread concern,but there are still some deficiencies in the cultivation of high-quality vocational and technical talents,such as the shortage of the total number of skilled personnel,the irrational structure of skilled personnel,and the lack of“double teachers and two abilities”teachers.The steady growth mechanism of vocational education funds is not perfect,the level of running schools by collectivization needs to be improved urgently,the“overpass”of talent training in higher vocational education has not been opened,the system of vocational skills training is not perfect,and so on.In order to promote the development of high quality economy and improve the quality of higher vocational education in Henan Province,it is necessary to establish a modern management system of vocational education,to explore the establishment of a comprehensive educational system,and to perfect the cooperative education policy between schools and enterprises.Build a high-quality“two-teacher and two-ability”teacher team,improve the status and treatment of high-skilled personnel.
