摘　　要：目的探讨P300认知电位在评价创伤后应激障碍患者认知功能的价值。方法纳入创伤后应激障碍患者28例,于基线、12周时,进行P300测试、CPT及WCST评定,比较指标变化、分析相关性。结果基线时与对照组比较,观察组P300潜伏期延长,波幅降低,WCST指标评分升高,CPT分降低(P<0.01);12周时,观察组与基线及对照组比较P300潜伏期缩短,波幅升高(P<0.01)WCST指标降低,CPT分数升高,P300潜伏期、波幅与量表指标呈高度相关。结论 P300电位能客观反映创伤后应激障碍患者的认知状况。Objective To explore the value of P300 in the assessment of cognition in PTSD patients. Methods 28 PTSD patients were collected as the experiment group. At baseline and 12th week, The P300 test, CPT and WCST evaluation were performed, analyzed these indexes and their correlation. Results At baseline, P300 latency of the PTSD was prolonged and amplitude decreased(P <0.01), The indexes of WCST decreased (P <0.01).Compared with baseline, P300 latency was shortened and amplitude increased (P <0.01) at 12 weeks. The latency and amplitude of P300 were highly correlated with the relevant indicators of the scale. Conclusion P300 can reflect the cognitive function of patients with PTSD.
