摘　　要：目的探讨肠外营养对胃癌患者术后血清白蛋白水平、并发症及术后排气恢复时间的影响。方法选取大连市中心医院自2016年5月至2018年5月收治的64例胃癌患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为A、B两组,每组各32例。A组应用肠内营养方式,B组应用肠外营养方式。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、营养学指标及术后指标恢复时间。结果 B组患者并发症发生率为9. 4%(3/32),显著低于A组的25. 0%(8/32),两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。B组术后各指标恢复时间均低于A组,术后3 d的营养学指标均优于A组,两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对胃癌患者进行肠外营养干预可改善患者的蛋白水平,降低并发症发生率,缩短术后恢复时间,提高治疗效率。Objective To investigate the effect of parenteral nutrition on serum albumin level,complications and recovery time of exhaust after operation in patients with gastric cancer. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 64 cases of patients with gastric cancer who were admitted from May 2016 to May 2018. Patients were randomly divided into the Group A and Group B,with 32 cases in each group. Patients in the Group A were performed enteral nutrition,the others in the Group B were performed parenteral nutrition.The complication rate,nutrition index and postoperative recovery time were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the Group B was 9. 4%( 3/32),which was significantly lower than 25. 0%( 8/32) in the Group A( P < 0. 05). The postoperative recovery time of each index in Group B was lower than that in Group A,and the nutritional index 3 days after surgery was better than that in Group A( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Parenteral nutrition intervention for patients with gastric cancer improves the protein level of patients,reduces the incidence of complications,shortens the recovery time of postoperative indicators,and thus improves the treatment efficiency of patients.
