摘  要:针对西北地区土地盐碱化日益加重,影响作物产量,肥料的使用也是超量低效,严重影响了土地环境,也进一步加重了环境污染的问题,目前的一些研究表明,一些根围菌可以促进作物生长,但是游离菌容易受到环境胁迫影响而导致存活率不高,现在迫切需要一种可以提高菌株存活率的技术手段。目前微胶囊技术已经大量地在农业、医药、食品等多个方面应用,这种技术可以有效地减缓外界环境对胶囊内部活性剂的干扰。而且制备微胶囊已经成为一种很常见的手段去保护活性剂不被外界环境因素所影响。In view of the increasing problem of soil salinization in Xinjiang,it seriously affected the crop yield and the use of fertilizer was over-ineffective,which seriously affected the local soil environment and further aggravated the problem of environmental pollution.Some studies have shown that some root cancers can promote crop growth,but free bacteria are susceptible to environmental stress and lead to survival is not high,and there is an urgent need for a technical means to increase the viability of the strain.At present,microcapsule technology has been widely used in agriculture,medicine,food and other fields,this technology can effectively slow down the interference of the active agent.And the preparation of microcapsules has become a very common means to protect the active agent from external environmental factors.
