摘　　要：目的探讨添加十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对白色洗剂质量的影响。方法以白色洗剂的性状、沉降系数和重新分散性为评价指标,考察添加SDS对其质量的影响。结果添加SDS后,白色洗剂的颜色呈乳白、均匀,外观与未添加SDS的配方无异,但显微图显示颗粒呈均匀的链状成簇,前6 h沉降速率明显变慢,反应前添加SDS与反应后添加SDS所得制剂前1 h沉降速率相当,但1 h后前者沉降系数明显大于后者。反应前添加SDS 48 h沉降系数为0. 684,重新分散平均次数为1. 3次;反应后添加SDS为0. 578,重新分散平均次数为2. 3次;未添加SDS为0. 502,重新分散平均次数为4. 6次。结论添加SDS会对白色洗剂质量产生明显影响,反应前添加优于反应后添加,能降低药物沉降系数和重新分散次数,可制得性状符合规定且质量较佳的白色洗剂。Objective To investigate the effect of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)on the quality of white lotion.Methods The effect of adding SDS on the quality of white lotion was investigated with the properties,sedimentation coefficient and re-dispersibility of white lotion as the quality evaluation indexes.Results After adding SDS,the color of the white lotion was even and white,the appearance was the same as that of the formula without SDS.However,the microscopic pictures showed that the particles were clustered in a uniform chain,the sedimentation rate of the first 6 h was significantly slower.In the first 1 h,the sedimentation rate of the preparation prepared by adding SDS before the reaction was equal to that by adding SDS after the reaction.But after 1 h,the sedimentation coefficient of the former was obviously higher than that of the latter.After 48 h,when SDS was added before reaction,after the reaction and without adding,the sedimentation coefficients were 0.684,0.578,0.502 and the average numbers of re-dispersions were 1.3,2.3,4.6 times,respectively.Conclusion Adding SDS can obviously affect the quality of white lotion.Adding SDS before the reaction is better than adding SDS after the reaction,the former can reduce the sedimentation coefficient and the number of re-dispersions of the drug,and it can produce white lotion with specified properties and good quality.
