摘　　要：目的报道并分析紫杉醇联合顺铂(TP)方案化疗致视力下降1例,提高临床重视TP方案化疗的眼毒性。方法 1例卵巢癌病人TP方案化疗后引起视力下降的病案分析及查阅文献印证。结果该卵巢癌病人视力下降很可能是TP方案化疗引起,同时通过文献分析掌握了其发生的高危因素和防治方法。结论 TP方案化疗过程中要关注眼毒性并做好不良反应的防治。Objective To report a case of visual deterioration caused by chemotherapy of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin(TP),to remind physician pay attention to the visual deterioration of patient undergo the chemotherapy.Methods Analyze this case and review literature of visual deterioration after TP regimen chemotherapy.Results It was mostly caused by TP regimen chemotherapy.Literature review remind the physicians high risk of these patients and how to prevent and treat the reaction.Conclusion We should pay more attention to eye toxicity and prepare for the prevention and treatment of adverse reactions during the TP regimen chemotherapy.
