临床医学专业本科生对住院医师规范化培训的认知和意愿调查

摘　　要：目的了解广西临床医学本科生对国家住院医师规范化培训制度的认知和参与意愿,为医院进行规培决策提供参考依据。方法以调查问卷的形式,对广西4所医学院校的300名医学本科生进行问卷调查。结果不同学校的医学生对国家住院医师规范化培训制度内容熟悉程度、学校或者实习医院宣传力度存在统计学差异,有57. 5%大五的临床实习生了解国家规培制度内容,比在校生更支持规培制度,更愿意参加规培,对规范的合理月薪水平有更高期待,临床医学生参加规培意愿的影响因素有是否在医院实习、是否了解规培内容。结论临床医学本科生对国家住院医师规范化培训制度的认知度并不高,实习医院和学校需要加大对规培的宣传力度。Objective:To understand the cognition and willingness of undergraduates of clinical medicine in Guangxi to national standardized training system for resident physicians,and provide reference for the hospital to make planning and training decisions.Method:300 medical undergraduates from 4 medical colleges in Guangxi were investigated in the form of questionnaire.Result:There were statistically significant differences among medical students in different schools in their familiarity with the contents of national standardized training system for resident physicians and the publicity efforts of schools or hospitals for internship.57.5%of the fifth-year clinical interns know about the content of national regulation and training system,are more supportive of the regulation and training system than the students on campus,are more willing to participate in the regulation and training,and have higher expectations for the reasonable monthly salary of the regulation and training.The influencing factors of clinical medical students’willingness to participate in the program include whether they have internship in the hospital and whether they know the contents of the program.Conclusion:Undergraduates of clinical medicine do not have a high awareness of national standardized training system for resident physicians,so the hospitals and schools need to strengthen the publicity of the training program.
