加减薯蓣丸改善晚期肺癌患者营养不良的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析加减薯蓣丸改善晚期肺癌患者营养不良的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年10月我院收治的64例晚期肺癌患者,随机分为观察组(32例)与对照组(32例)。对照组患者予以口服甲地孕酮、常规饮食指导及基础营养支持治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上,加用薯蓣丸进行治疗,两组患者皆连续治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后营养状况指标及生活质量变化之间的差异。结果观察组患者治疗后的血清总蛋白(TP)、血红蛋白(HB)指标皆高于对照组,肿瘤病人的生活质量评分(QOL)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加减薯蓣丸能够有效改善晚期肺癌患者的营养不良,有助于患者生活质量水平的提高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dioscorea pill in improving malnutrition in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods From January 2017 to October 2018,64 patients with advanced lung cancer in our hospital were collecte d and randomly divided into observation group ( n =32) and control group ( n =32).The patients in the control group were treated with oral megestrol, routine diet guidance and basic nutrition support,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Dioscorea pills on the basis of the control group.The patients in both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The differences of nutritional status index and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the serum total protein (TP),hemoglobin (HB) index were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P < 0.05),the quality of life score (QOL) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The addition and subtraction of Dioscorea pill can effectively improve the malnutrition of patients with advanced lung cancer,and It's helpful to improve the quality of life.It's worth popularizing and applying.
