摘　　要：本文回顾免疫营养起源及发展过程,简述了临床常用的4种免疫营养素谷氨酰胺、精氨酸、多不饱和脂肪酸、微生态免疫营养在消化道肿瘤中各自独特的抗肿瘤特性,以及目前免疫营养在临床使用过程中面临的挑战和对未来的展望。结合国内外近年来免疫营养的文献报道加以综述,为消化道肿瘤患者临床营养治疗提供参考。This paper reviews the origin and development of immune nutrition,and summarizes the unique anti-tumor characteristics of four common clinical immune nutrients,glutamine,arginine,polyunsaturated fatty acids and microecological immune nutrition in digestive tract tumors.As well as the present immunological nutrition in the clinical use process faces the challenge and to the future prospect.Combined with the literatures of immune nutrition at home and abroad in recent years,this paper provides a reference for the clinical nutrition treatment of patients with digestive tract tumors.
