地中海贫血以及缺铁性贫血患者应用血液检验诊断与鉴别诊断效果

摘　　要：目的观察在地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血患者中应用血液检验诊断及鉴别诊断的效果。方法抽取地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血患者各52例为A、B组,再抽取同一时期来我院体检的健康者52例为C组。对比三组的各项血液检验结果。结果 A组与B组的Hb、MCV、RBC、MCH、MCHC均低于C组(P<0.05);A、C组的RDW对比无差异(P>0.05);B组的RDW高于C组(P<0.05)。结论在地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血患者中应用血液检验诊断及鉴别诊断,其效果显著,具有很高的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of blood test and differential diagnosis in patients with thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia. Methods 52 patients with thalassemia and 52 patients with iron deficiency anemia were selected as group A and B, and 52 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as group C.The blood test results of the three groups were compared. Results The levels of Hb,MCV,RBC,MCH and MCHC in group A and group B were lower than those in group C ( P < 0.05),the RDW of group A and group C had no difference ( P > 0.05),and the RDW of group B was higher than that of group C ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of blood test and differential diagnosis in patients with thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia has a remarkable effect and high clinical value.
