关于在眼袋整形中联合改良肌皮瓣法与眶隔固定术的效果与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析改良肌皮瓣法与眶隔固定术在眼袋整形中的临床效果与安全性。方法方便选取该院2016年6月—2018年6月所接收的眼袋整形患者150例,采用奇偶法分为试验组和参照组,每组75例,参照组采用常规肌皮瓣法,试验组采用改良肌皮瓣法与眶隔固定术,对比2组治疗效果、并发症、满意度、皮肤外观恢复正常时间。结果试验组满意度高于参照组,总有效率优于参照组,并发症少于参照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.797 1,9.090 9,P<0.05)。对比2组患者皮肤外观恢复正常时间,研究组患者皮肤外观恢复时间明显短于参照组患者,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良肌皮瓣法与眶隔固定术在眼袋整形中临床效果显著,可缩短患者皮肤外观恢复时间,并发症较少,临床安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of modified musculocutaneous flap and septal fixation in eyelid pouch shaping.Methods A total of 150 patients with eyelid pouch plastic surgery received from June 2016 to June 2018 in the hospital were convenient selected.The odd-even method was divided into experimental group and reference group,each group consisted of 75 cases.The reference group used conventional musculocutaneous flap method.The modified musculocutaneous flap and the iliac crest were used to compare the two groups of treatment effects,complications,satisfaction,and skin appearance to normal time.Results The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group.The total effective rate was better than that of the reference group.The complications were less than the reference group,and the difference between the groups was significant(χ^2=5.797 1,9.090 9,P<0.05).Comparing the skin appearance of the two groups of patients to normal time,the skin appearance recovery time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved musculocutaneous flap and septal fixation have significant clinical effects in eye bag shaping,which can shorten the skin appearance recovery time,less complications and higher clinical safety.
