摘　　要：目的探讨冷光美白系统治疗变色牙的临床效果。方法选取2015年7月～2016年7月江西省赣州卫华口腔医院收治的62例变色牙患者,应用冷光美白系统治疗,比较治疗前后的效果。结果 62例变色牙患者平均提升10个色阶,总有效率95.00%,增龄性变色牙(100.00%)和氟斑牙(100.00%)的总有效率高于四环素牙(82.35%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),增龄性变色牙和氟斑牙美白效果最好,四环素牙较差。62例患者均未发生不可逆牙髓炎、未出现光感性眼炎和皮炎,也未发生牙龈和软组织损伤。仅有2例氟斑牙患者出现轻度敏感(3.33%),治疗结束后症状消失。结论冷光美白系统治疗内源性变色牙具有操作简单,治疗时间短,美白效果明显,且安全、不良反应少等特点,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of cold light whitening system of teeth in the treatment of discolored teeth.Methods A total of 62 cases of patients with discolored teeth who admitted Ganzhou Weihua Stomatological Hospital,Jiangxi Province from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and treated with cold light whitening system.The results before and after treatment were compared.Results 62 patients with endogenous discolored teeth had an average elevation of 10 levels,the total effective rate was 95.00%.The total effective rates of aging discolored teeth(100.00%),fluorosis teeth(100.00%)was higher than those in the tetracycline teeth(82.35%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Aging discoloration teeth and fluorosis teeth whitening effect were the best,tetracycline teeth whitening effect were poor.No irreversible pulpitis,photoinduced ophthalmia and dermatitis,and no gingival and soft tissue damage occurred in 62 patients.Only 2 patients with dental fluorosis developed mild sensitivity(3.33%),and symptoms disappeared after treatment.Conclusion The treatment of discolored teeth by cold light whitening system is characterized by simple operation,short treatment time,obvious whitening effect,safety and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
