微移植治疗老年急性髓系白血病的临床效果及对预后的影响

摘　　要：目的分析微移植治疗老年急性髓系白血病(AML)的临床效果及对预后的影响。方法选取在西安高新医院血液科接受治疗的40例AML患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组给予常规化疗,观察组在此基础上给予微移植治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前、后血常规检测值,并分析预后,记录术后感染及死亡情况。结果观察组的治疗缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组WBC、PBMC值均降低,PLT值均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组无感染情况且无死亡,对照组因肺部感染和败血症出现死亡2例,组间比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论微移植治疗老年AML的效果较佳,预后好,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of micro-transplantation on elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML)and its impact on prognosis.Methods Forty AML patients treated in hematology department of Xi'an Gaoxin Hospital were selected as research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,while the observation group was treated with micro-transplantation.The therapeutic effects,blood routine test values before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the prognosis was analyzed,postoperative infection and death were recorded.Results The remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of WBC and PBMC in the two groups decreased,PLT values in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no infection and no death in the observation group,while there were 2 deaths in the control group due to pulmonary infection and sepsis,without statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Micro-transplantation is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of elderly AML,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
