胆囊结石患者的咽喉反流

摘　　要：目的探讨胆囊结石患者的咽喉反流。方法选取2017年11月—2018年2月该院确诊为胆囊结石的患者(50例)为观察组,另选取同一时期于该院体检健康志愿者(20名)为对照组,所有入选观察组的患者均填写胆囊结石及咽喉反流症状指数量表,并留取两组人员晨起空腹深咳吐出咽后部的唾液1～3 mL,用酶联免疫吸附法检测唾液中胃蛋白酶浓度。结果观察组唾液中胃蛋白酶质量浓度为(132.86±24.49)ng/mL,对照组唾液中胃蛋白酶质量浓度为(114.62±19.44)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=2.972,P=0.004),但咽喉反流症状评分与胆囊结石症状评分之间未见明显相关性(ρ=0.075,P=0.603),唾液中胃蛋白酶浓度与胆囊结石症状评分之间亦未见明显相关性(ρ=0.263,P=0.065)。结论咽喉反流性疾病与胆囊结石之间存在一定程度相关性,但咽喉反流症状的严重程度及唾液中胃蛋白酶浓度与胆囊结石症状的严重程度之间未见明显相关性。Objective To study the laryngopharyngeal reflux of patients with cholecystolithiasis.Methods 50 cases of patients with cholecystolithiasis confirmed in our hospital from November 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the observation group,while 20 cases of healthy volunteers at the same period were selected as the control group,all patients filled in the cholecystolithiasis and throat reflux symptom index scale,and the saliva 1-3 mL in the morning of the two groups was preserved,and the concentration of pepsin in saliva was tested by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results The pepsinum quality concentration in saliva in the observation group and in the control group was respectively(132.86±24.49)ng/mL and(114.62±19.44)ng/mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.972,P=0.004),but there was no obvious correlation between the throat reflux symptom score and marks of gallbladder stone symptoms(ρ=0.075,P=0.603),and there was no obvious correlation between the concentration of pepsin in saliva and cholecystolithiasis symptom score(ρ=0.263,P=0.065).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the laryngeal reflux disease and cholecystolithiasis,but there is no obvious correlation between the severity of laryngeal reflux symptoms,concentration of pepsin in saliva and severity of gallbladder stone symptoms.
