斯普林联合放疗治疗对恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察斯普林与放疗联合治疗对恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年3月～2015年3月我科收治的恶性肿瘤患者80例作为研究对象,80例恶性肿瘤患者(II～III期)随机分为观察组(放疗+斯普林)和对照组(单纯放疗)。全部患者随访2年以上,随访率100%。结果观察组与对照组2年生存率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者生活质量明显优于单纯放疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后较于治疗前CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值升高,CD_8^+下降,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组较于治疗前CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值下降,CD_8^+升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论斯普林与放疗联合治疗恶性肿瘤,生存率无明显改变,但明显提高了患者生活质量,改善了患者自身细胞免疫功能。Objective To observed the effect of Sipulin combined with radiotherapy on the quality of life in patients with malignant tumor. Methods Eighty patients with malignant tumor(II ~ III) were randomly divided into treatment group(Sipulin plus radiotherapy)and control group(only radiotherapy).All the patients were followed up for 2 years.The follow up ratio was 100%. Results The two-year survival rate of the observation group and the control group were compared ( P > 0.05);the quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than that of the radiotherapy group ( P < 0.05);the ratio of CD 3^+,CD 4^+,CD 4^+/CD 8^+ in the observation group was higher and CD 8^+ was lower after treatment than that before treatment ( P > 0.05).In control group,the ratio of CD 3^+, CD 4^+ and CD 4^+/CD 8^+ decreased and CD 8^+ increased before treatment ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The survival rate was not changed significantly by Sipulin combined with radiotherapy than by single radiotherapy.But combined therapy could improve the life quality and enhance the immune function of the patients.
