摘  要:针对船用脱硫塔在船舶运行过程中可能存在屈服、屈曲与振动方面的结构安全性问题,以某散货船拟采用的脱硫塔为研究对象,分析船用脱硫塔的载荷情况,通过有限元软件评估船用脱硫塔的屈服、屈曲强度与振动特性。结果显示,该船用脱硫塔屈服强度满足许用要求,在温度载荷作用下外壁局部产生较高应力;采用屈曲特征值分析法初步判断该脱硫塔不会发生屈曲;在脱硫塔外壁设置环状加强筋,能有效提高脱硫塔固有频率,避开共振频率范围,经济性远优于增加塔壁板厚。Aiming at the structural safety of the marine desulfurization tower during ship operation,the loading of the marine desulphurization tower was analyzed;and the yielding strength,buckling strength and vibration performance were assessed by finite element method.The results showed that the yielding strength of the desulphurization tower meets the allowable requirements.The buckling of the desulfurization tower was determined by the characteristic value analysis which showed that the desulfurization tower has no buckling problem.The annular stiffeners on the outer wall of the desulfurization tower can effectively improve the natural frequency of the desulfurization tower to avoid the range of resonance frequency,which is much more economical than increasing the thickness of the outer shell.
