摘 要:课程教学是心理健康教育的主渠道。云南省大学生心理健康教育通过挖掘课程资源,改革课堂教学,建立必修课、选修课、慕课、讲座等线上线下并举的学习形式,将体验式教学、心理素质拓展训练作为心理健康教育课程的补充,实施多样化的评分体系,学习训练与学分挂钩,既方便学生学习,又提高了大学生心理健康知识水平与心理素质,促进心理健康习惯的养成。Teaching is the main channel of mental health education.Through the excavation of curriculum resources,the mental health education of college students in Yunnan reforms class teaching,and creates online and offline courses,such as compulsory courses,optional courses,moocs,lectures,etc,and carries out experiential teaching and psychological development training as supplements.In addition,the implementation of a diversified scoring system and a link between training and credits could not only facilitate students to study,but also improve the mental health literacy and psychological quality and cultivate healthy habits of college students.
