体外培育牛黄辅助治疗黄疸型肝炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察体外培育牛黄辅助治疗黄疸型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选取74例黄疸型肝炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组患者予以异甘草酸镁注射液、注射用还原型谷胱甘肽静脉滴注治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上,予以体外培育牛黄口服治疗。连续治疗4周后,比较2组患者治疗前后总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平变化;比较2组患者临床治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,2组患者肝功能指标均明显下降,且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为89.19%,显著高于对照组的72.97%(P<0.05)。结论应用体外培育牛黄辅助治疗黄疸型肝炎可显著改善肝功能指标,提升临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of in vitro cultured bezoar in the adjunctive therapy of jaundice hepatitis.Methods Seventy-four patients with jaundice hepatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random digital table method,with 37 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection and reduced glutathione injection by intravenous drip.On the basis of the control group,the patients in the observation group were treated with cultured of bezoar in vitro orally.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were compared before and after treatment,and the total effective rates of clinical treatment between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the liver function indexes of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.19%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.97%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjunctive therapy of in vitro cultured bezoar for the patients with jaundice hepatitis can significantly improve the indexes of liver function and enhance the clinical effect.
