摘  要:对一种具有容错能力的NPC三电平逆变器进行研究。分析传统的SVPWM容错控制算法,发现传统SVPWM容错控制算法会导致中点电位偏移。中点电位偏移会影响电压矢量,进一步导致线性调制区域减小。为了抑制中点电位偏移,提出在合适的扇区补偿参考电压幅值的策略,并给出补偿量的计算方式。最后通过实验验证该容错控制策略能够在逆变器故障后保障逆变器继续工作的同时有效控制中点电位偏移。A kind of neutral-point-clamped (NPC) three-level inverter which has fault tolerant capability is studied in this paper.It can be seen the neutral-point potential is offset under the traditional SVPWM strategy. Voltage vectors is influenced by the offset. And it will reduce the linear modulaion area. In order to surpress the neutral point potential offset, it proposes a strategy that compemsate the amplitude of the reference voltage according to the region. Besides, this paper gives way to calculate the compensation. Last ,experiment results show the proposed strategy can both ensure the inverter continue to be operated and effectively control the neutral-point potential offset.
