摘　　要：实体瘤占人体肿瘤的大多数。针对实体瘤的治疗,除了传统手段的手术、化疗和放疗,近年兴起的细胞免疫治疗引起了广泛关注,其中CAR-T细胞(嵌合抗原受体改构的T细胞)过继治疗是细胞免疫治疗重要的组成部分。近几年CAR-T细胞治疗的临床试验进展迅速,大多数研究由美国和中国的机构进行,实验室研究和临床试验表明,CAR-T细胞过继治疗对实体瘤有不错的疗效,但也存在许多副作用。本文参照近几年CAR-T细胞过继治疗在实体瘤中的研究报告,总结了CAR-T细胞过继治疗在实体瘤治疗中的优缺点,并对其未来的发展做了展望。Solid tumors account for the majority of human tumors. In the treatment of solid tumors, in addition to the traditional methods of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, the emerging cellular immunotherapy has attracted wide attention in recent years;CART cell (chimeric antigen receptor modified t cells) adoptive therapy plays an important role in these therapies. Laboratory studies and clinical trials in recent years have shown that CART cells have a significant effect on solid tumor, but there are also many side effects. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of CART cell adoptive therapy in solid tumor were summarized according to the recent studies on CART cell adoptive therapy in solid tumor.
