帕罗西汀联合心理治疗对神经衰弱临床疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨帕罗西汀联合心理治疗对神经衰弱的疗效。方法选取我院门诊就诊的此类患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组中连续8周给予每个患者每日20 mg帕罗西汀,观察组在此基础上给予每个患者每周一次心理治疗。在治疗前后对所有患者进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定,比较两组的疗效。结果通过治疗,两组SAS与SDS评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗后观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论帕罗西汀联合心理治疗神经衰弱疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of paroxetine combined with psychotherapy on neurasthenia. Methods 60 patients were selected from the outpatient department of our hospital,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.20mg of paroxetine was administered daily for 8 consecutive weeks in two groups,and each patient was given weekly psychotherapy in the observation group. Before and after treatment,all patients were assessed by the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P < 0.01),and those of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Paroxetine combined with psychological therapy has significant effect on neurasthenia and is worthy of clinical application.
