摘  要:以端羟基环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚(PET)和烯丙基异氰酸酯为原料,二丁基锡二月桂酸酯为催化剂,经过加成反应制备出一种含氨基甲酸酯基团的端烯基环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚(AUPET);通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱和凝胶渗透色谱对AUPET的结构进行了表征;采用锥板黏度计测定了其黏度;采用DSC测定了其玻璃化转变温度;通过拉伸实验测定了其与四甲基对苯二腈氧化物(TTNO)固化后所得聚异噁唑啉弹性体的力学性能。结果表明,反应后PET端羟基吸收峰完全消失,出现了烯基和氨基甲酸酯基团的特征峰,聚醚分子链未发生断裂;AUPET的玻璃化转变温度为-69.9℃,20℃时黏度为53.2Pa·s;AUPET基聚异噁唑啉弹性体室温下的拉伸强度为1.75MPa,断裂伸长率为125%,优于HTPB基聚异噁唑啉弹性体。The alkenyl-terminated ethylene oxide-tetrahydrofuran copolyether with urethane groups(AUPET)was synthesized via addition reaction using hydroxyl-terminated ethylene oxide-tetrahydrofuran copolyether(PET)and allyl isocyanate as raw materials and dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst.The structure of AUPET was characterized by IR,1H NMR,13 C NMR and GPC.Its viscosity was measured by a cone-plate viscometer,and its glass transition temperature was measured by DSC.The mechanical properties of polyiso-oxazoline elastomer cured by tetramethyl-terephthalobisnitrile oxide(TTNO)were measured by tensile tests.Results show that the absorbance peaks of hydroxyl-terminated group completely disappeared and the characteristic peaks of the vinyl and urethane group appeared after addition reaction,the molecular chain in polyether does not break.The glass transition temperature of AUPET is-69.9℃,and the viscosity at 20℃is 53.2 Pa·s.The tensile strength of polyiso-oxazoline elastomer based on AUPET at room temperature is 1.75 MPa and the elongation at break is 125%,which is better than that of polyiso-oxazoline based on HTPB.
