摘 要:为了解辽宁高校附属医院医师多点执业现状,探讨医师多点执业的障碍因素及改善路径,本研究采用问卷调查获取数据并运用统计方法分析显示,高校附属医院医师参加多点执业的数量较少、执业地点集中在医联体内部和移动医疗平台、人事管理制度限制和工作时间紧张成为高校附属医院医师多点执业的主要阻碍因素,由此建议:从政府角度转变高校附属医院职能,剥离医师与医院的"依附"关系;从高校附属医院角度规范医师多点执业管理,积极履行社会责任;从医师角度树立医师个人品牌,积极参与互联网医疗。In order to understand the current situation of doctors'multi-point practice in affiliated hospitals of universities and colleges in Liaoning province,and explore its obstacles and improvement paths,researchers used questionnaire survey to obtain data and used statistical methods for analysis.The results show that the number of doctorsparticipating in multi-point practice in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities is small,the practice place is concentrated in the medical association and the mobile medical platform,and the limitation of personnel management system and the limitation of working time are the main hindrance factors for doctors'multi-point practice in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities.Therefore,following suggestions are given:transforming the functions of affiliated hospitals from the perspective of the government,and stripping the dependence relationship between doctors and hospitals;standardizing doctors'multi-point practice management from the perspective of affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities,and actively fulfilling their social responsibilities;and establishing doctors'personal brand from the perspective of doctors,and actively participating in online medical treatment.
