摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期并发症是否会对原发性食管癌患者长期生存产生影响。方法回顾性分析182例原发性食管癌患者的资料,分析患者发生远期复发的危险因素以及围术期并发症对患者长期生存的影响。结果随访期间182例患者中有76例患者发生复发。单因素分析显示患者术后肿瘤复发与肿瘤浸润深度、神经脉管侵犯、吻合口残端阳性及围术期并发症等因素存在一定关系;围术期并发症≥ClavienⅡ级是患者术后肿瘤复发的独立影响因子。结论围术期并发症对原发性食管癌患者的长期生存有一定的负性影响,能够缩短患者的无复发生存时间。Objective To explore whether perioperative complications affect the Long-term survival status of patients with primary esophageal cancer.Methods sRetrospective analysis 182 primary esophageal cancer patients undergone surgical treatment and successful follow-up from Jan 2014 to Jan 2016 in our hospital.The risk factors of long-term recurrent tumor and whether perioperative complications affect the long-term survival were investigated.Results 76 patients presented with long-term recurrent tumor.Single factor analysis shows that tumor invasive depth,nervous and vascular invasion,positive anastomotic stoma and perioperative complications were significant risk factors.The perioperative complications no less than ClavienⅡwas an independent influence factor for long-term oncological recurrence.Conclusion The perioperative complicationscould significantly affect the Long-term survival status of patients with primary esophageal cancer,shorten the survival time without recurrence.
