摘  要:目的观察126例消化道恶性肿瘤患者营养状况并分析与生活质量相关性,以便为临床营养支持治疗提供依据。方法收集并分析126例消化道恶性肿瘤患者,采用欧洲营养风险筛查(nutrition risk screening-2002,NRS-2002)量表对患者的营养风险状况进行评分,SF-36健康调查量表评估患者的生活质量,并进一步分析患者PG-SGA(患者自评主观全面评定量表)评分在临床特征的分布特点及与SF-36评分的关系。结果 126例患者中男性患者84例,女性患者42例,分别占66. 67%和33. 33%;年龄≥60岁89例,<60岁37例,分别占70. 63%和29. 37%;上消化道恶性肿瘤患者78例,下消化道恶性肿瘤48例,分别占61. 90%和38. 10%; NRS-2002评分结果显示无营养风险患者41例,营养风险患者85例,分别占32. 54%和67. 46%。进一步研究显示,不同营养状况患者的NRS-2002评分在年龄、BMI及肿瘤分类中的比较具有显著差异(P <0. 05)。并且,NRS-2002分组在SF-36健康调查量表得分的关系结果显示,无营养风险组患者与营养风险组患者在SF、GH、PF、RP、RE、BP、VT和MH分值中的差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论消化系统恶性肿瘤营养不良发生率较高,生活质量明显下降,营养状况与生活质量密切相关。通过该项研究能更好的了解消化道恶性肿瘤患者的营养状况,有利于疾病得到最佳治疗,进一步改善恶性肿瘤患者疾病的预后、延长生存时间、提高生活质量。同时为提高我科在全市在恶性消化道肿瘤治疗方面的优势及提高声誉。Objective To observe the nutritional status of 126 patients with gastrointestinal cancer in Yunnan Lincang and analyze the correlation with quality of life.Methods We collected and analyzed 126 patients with digestive tract malignancy who were admitted during the period.We used the Nutrition Risk Screening Table-2002(NRS-2002)to score patients'nutritional risk status.SF-36 A health survey scale was used to assess the quality of life of the patients and further analyze the distribution characteristics of the patients'PG-SGA scores in the clinical features and their relationship with the SF-36 score.Results Of the 126 patients,84 were males and 42 were females,accounting for 66.67%and 33.33%of the total;89 patients aged≥60 years old,and 37 patients<60 years old,accounting for 70.63%and 29.37%of the total;tumors In terms of type,there were 78 patients with upper gastrointestinal malignancies and 48 patients with lower gastrointestinal malignancies,accounting for 61.90%and 38.10%,respectively.NRS-2002 score showed 41 patients without nutritional risk and 85 patients with nutritional risk,respectively.It accounted for 32.54%and 67.46%of the total.Further studies showed that the NRS-2002 scores of patients with different nutritional status were significantly different in age,BMI,and tumor classification(P<0.05).Furthermore,the NRS-2002 subgrouping results in the SF-36 Health Survey score showed that patients in the non-nutritional risk group and the nutritional risk group were in the SF,GH,PF,RP,RE,BP,VT,and MH scores.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Malignant tumors have a high incidence of malnutrition,and their quality of life is significantly reduced.Nutritional status and quality of life are closely related.Through this study,we can better understand the nutritional status of patients with digestive tract malignancy,help to achieve the best treatment of the disease,and further improve the prognosis of patients with malignant tumors,prolong survival and improve quality of life.At th
