经腹部超声诊断各胰腺癌的漏误诊因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究造成腹部超声检查胰腺癌的漏诊和误诊的因素,为运用实践提供参照来增加超声在胰腺癌的诊断率,提高患者的康复率。方法选取40例胰腺癌患者作为研究对象,对其中出现的8例漏诊以及3例误诊患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 40例患者中共有8例患者出现了漏诊,3例患者出现了误诊,漏误诊发生率为27. 5%。结论超声检查作为诊断胰腺癌的手段,目前被广泛应用于胰腺癌的筛查和诊断中,但其也具有较高的漏诊率和误诊率,应当辅助其他方法进行共同诊断。Objective To study the factors of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of pancreatic cancer by abdominal ultrasound,and to provide a reference for the use of practice to increase the diagnostic rate of ultrasound in pancreatic cancer and improve the rehabilitation rate of patients.Methods Forty patients with pancreatic cancer were enrolled in this study from June 2013 to June 2016.The clinical data of 8 patients with misdiagnosis and 3 misdiagnosed patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 8 patients had missed diagnosis,and 3 patients had misdiagnosis and the incidence of missed misdiagnosis was 27.5%.Conclusion Ultrasonography is a widely used method for the diagnosis and diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.It is also widely used in the screening and diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.However,it has a high rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.It should assist other methods in common diagnosis.
