工商管理专业应用型创新人才培养的路径选择——基于教学质量国家标准视角的新建地方本科院校分析

摘　　要：新建地方本科院校普遍存在区位优势不突出、资金实力较弱、发展能力不强的现实问题,制约着学科专业布局.布局工商管理专业虽有着资金投入少、硬件配套低、师资易获得等方面的短期效用,但也引发目标定位同质化、无法适应社会发展需求等问题.从明晰新建地方本科院校应培养应用型创新人才的办学定位入手,以《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》中"工商管理类教学质量国家标准"为量尺,厘清工商管理专业应用型创新人才培养认识,通过对四川省8所新建地方本科院校工商管理人才培养困境观察和典型例证分析,提出新建地方本科院校工商管理专业应用型创新人才应遵循的路径选择.The newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities are plagued by the commonly seen problems like obscure regional advantages,weak financial strength and feeble developing vitality which increase the difficulty of disciplinary specialty layout.Although the layout of business administration major boasts its short-term result of low investment of money,low supporting hardware,easy availability of teaching staff,yet is blamed for problems like the homogenization in goal-orientation,the inability to meet the demands for social development.Starting from the clarifying the orientation of running a school,namely the cultivation of applied innovative-minded talents,using the National Standard for Teaching Quality of Business Administration Major in the National Standard for Undergraduate Teaching Quality of Higher Learning Institutes as the scale to raise the awareness of cultivating applied innovative-minded talents,after analyzing the plight of talent training of business administration majors and typical cases from the 8 newly-built local undergraduate colleges,the choice of talent training paths that these colleges should follow are presented.
