摘  要:目的探讨个别化康复训练对孤独症儿患者小肌肉的治疗效果。方法选取儿童康复科收治的120例孤独症患儿,随机分成研究组和对照组,各60例。对照组仅接受常规训练,研究组在接受常规训练的同时进行个别化康复训练,训练3个月后,采用心理教育评估第3版(PEP-3)及孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)对孤独症患儿进行效果评价。结果训练后,2组ATEC中除社会交往项目外的各项目评分均较治疗前显著降低(P <0. 05),PEP-3中除语言表达和行为特征-非语言外的各项目评分均较治疗前显著提高(P <0. 05);训练后,研究组ATEC中语言/沟通评分和总分以及PEP-3中的认知(语言/语前)、模仿(视觉/动作)、语言理解、行为特征-语言、粗大运动和精细运动项目评分均显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论孤独症患儿进行个别化康复训练较常规训练更能提高语言沟通能力与动作技巧水平。Objective To explore the effect of individualized rehabilitation training on small muscles of autistic children.Methods A total of 120 children with autism admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group only received routine training,while the study group received individualized rehabilitation training.After three months of rehabilitation training,the 3 rd edition of psychological education assessment(PEP-3),and autism treatment assessment scale(ATEC)were used to evaluate the effect of autism children.Results After rehabilitation training,ATEC scores except for social interaction of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and PEP-3 scores increased except the ability of language expression and behavioral traits-nonverbal scores(P<0.05);after training,ATEC scores such as language-communication score,total scores,as well as PEP-3 scores in cognition(language/pre-linguistic),imitation(vision/action),language comprehension,behavioral characteristics-language,gross movement,and fine sports score in the study group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation training for autistic children can better improve language communication ability and motor skills than routine training.
